The National Talent Export Programme (NATEP) is Nigeria's foremost coordinating agency and national contact point for services and talent exports, operating under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment.
Our mandate is to position Nigeria as the premier hub for competitive, globally deliverable services and talent across both national and international markets. We support the growth of export-linked employment, foreign exchange earnings, and economic diversification across IT/Digitally Enabled Services, Global Business Services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
